Terms of Use

Zero tolerance: Panch Shakti does not allow objectionable content or abusive users. Content that breaks these terms is removed, and accounts that post it are suspended.

1. Agreement

By using Panch Shakti (the "app"), provided by Anayya LLC, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Who can use the app

The app is invite-only for members of the Panch Gaam community and their families. You must be 18 or older to create an account. A family administrator may add children to the family tree; children do not have their own accounts.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. The family administrator manages the family tree, invitations and matrimony profiles for their family.

4. What you may not post or do

Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that is sexual, violent or illegal.
Impersonating someone, or fake matrimony profiles.
Sharing someone else's personal information without permission.
Spam, scams, or commercial solicitation outside the classifieds area.
Attempts to access data you are not permitted to see, or to disrupt the service.

5. Reporting and blocking

You can report any post, profile, event or member, and block any member, from inside the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and suspend the accounts responsible.

6. Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people you choose, only to operate the app. Delete it at any time; deleting your account removes it.

7. Matrimony

Matrimony features are an introduction service between families. We do not verify every statement in a profile and are not responsible for decisions families make. Use your own judgment.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
